The Challenge
LakeTree partnered with an electricity provisioning and connection enablement services company to build a connection management and certification solution. This system would enable registered and guest stakeholders to request electrical connections while managing delivery throughout its complete lifecycle.
The Solution
The system guided users through content-validated screens based on request type. Mobile-enabled interfaces allowed site images to be uploaded and linked to delivery and site work certification. The solution integrated with the ICP registry and stored all content for audit and traceability within the connection management delivery lifecycle. Finance management and payment capabilities were also incorporated into the job delivery process.
