The Challenge

LakeTree partnered with a major utility and infrastructure services provider to create multiple solutions. The engagement involved collaborating with customer teams on LEAN agile delivery of a multichannel case-managed works management system and a solution for requesting and provisioning PPE equipment.

The Solution

The implementation leveraged Azure functions, SAP CPI and Cloud connectors to create solutions connecting various business applications and stakeholders. As project managers completed tasks, the system automatically generated, tracked and refreshed associated images and worksite safety plans, storing them in SharePoint for team access. K2-based solutions managed job creation and delivery workflows, while the case management framework enabled flexible management of different work item types through customisable business processes.
