The Solution

Through the use of Azure functions, SAP CPI and Cloud connectors, LakeTree team delivered solutions that spanned multiple business applications and stakeholders. As tasks defined by project managers were completed, the related images and worksite safety plans were created, monitored, refreshed, and through their lifecycle stored in SharePoint for interaction with project delivery stakeholders. The K2 based solutions managed the processes of job creation and delivery within the organization. Through the use of our case management framework, the solution can be used to manage any type of work item through the assembly of business processes and workflows.
